Landsmith Income & Appreciation Fund, LP

Landsmith Income and Appreciation Fund, LP was formed to purchase distressed residential real estate assets at historically low prices for income and appreciation. Properties purchased will include single family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and apartments. Properties are leased to low and moderate income families who are offered a rent-to-own program. The fund is closed to new investors.

Acquisition Criteria:

Geographical Focus: Phoenix, Arizona

Transaction Size for Single Family: $30,000 - $70,000

Transaction Size for Multi-Family etc: $200,000 - $2,000,000
